Did you know that missing just 2️⃣ days a month can put students at risk of falling
behind both academically and socially? In the 2023–2024 school year, 24% of Utah students were chronically absent.

Did you know that missing just 2 days a month can add up to 1 month of lost learning by May? Attendance matters at Launch. Student schedules are real. Teachers enter attendance in PowerSchool. If students are where they are supposed to be, the learning is happening. If students are not, a Remind from the principal or the school is sent to parent contact info. Just being in the building or in the parking lot doesn't count. You have to follow your schedule. Regular attendance is key to staying on track academically, especially at Launch. #EveryDayCounts
